Deposit: Deposits are nonrefundable. 1/2 of the package price is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the hunt. Any hunter that paid in full but failed to attend his/her hunt on the scheduled date will forfeit the deposit. He/She will not receive a refund but will receive a credit towards the following year's deposit should he/she hunt again.
